Article 5 (Notes on health information)
- The explanations of fasting stages in the Service are reference information based on generally known facts. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
- Calories (basal metabolism and calories burned by exercise) are estimates calculated from the sex, age, height, and weight you enter, using common formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor, and MET for exercise intensity). They may differ from the real values.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a condition such as diabetes, take medication, or have ever had an eating disorder, talk to a doctor before you fast.
- If you feel dizzy, notice a racing heartbeat, or feel unwell during a fast, stop right away and get medical help if you need it.

- We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or device or communications failures.
- Your records are stored only on your device, so we cannot recover records that are lost when you uninstall the app, lose your device, or reset it. You can create a backup file and keep it outside your device.
- Reminders from the Service may arrive late or not at all, depending on your device settings and power-saving state.
Article 8 (Changes to these terms)
If we change these terms, we notify you in the app at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or at least 30 days before if the changes are unfavorable to you.
Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
